Ultrasound department has series of up-to-date color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and advanced PACS workstation, in specialties of abdomen, obstetrics and gynecology, superficial tissue and organs, nerve, musculoskeletal, cerebral, emergency, intervention, covering the latest medical diagnostic technology such as contrast-enhanced ultrasound, ultrasound elastography, the real-time three-dimensional ultrasound, which have high value in both of early detection of lesion and differential diagnosis between benign and malignant tumor. Every year, more than 170,000 people undergo ultrasound and nearly 2,000 receive ultrasound-guided biopsy. What’s more, our department is also undertaking the Beijing standardized training work for resident doctors.
